湿式换挡离合器 离合器试验 摘 要 湿式换挡离合器在自动变速和无机变速的汽车中的应用是越来越广泛。 湿式 换挡离合器是汽车能够换挡平顺和稳定的重要保障, 给自动变速器平顺换挡提供 有利的条件。随着我国国民经济的发展和科学技术的进步了,汽车行业向着自动 化和系统化的方向前进着,在汽车的传动系统方面,湿式离合器作为自动变速器 的一个关键部件,对其进行了深入的研究。 在车辆的各个部件中,离合器起着十分重要的作用。阐述了湿式离合器的发 展和前景、功用和原理、分类和特点等等。自主设计了应用于某综合传动装置的 湿式换挡离合器,包括离合器摩擦片、液压缸、回位弹簧和轴等方面的设计。深 入分析了离合器台架实验方法,并设计了一套离合器试验台,采用电机作为驱动 系统,并完善设计了试验台辅助系统。 关键词关键词:离合器 湿式离合器 离合器试验台 Abstract Wet clutch in automatic transmission shift speed of the car and inorganic applications are more and more widely. Wet shift clutch is smooth and stable vehicle able to shift important guarantee for smooth shifting automatic transmis sion to provide favorable conditions. With the development of national econom y and scientific and technological progress, and the automotive industry toward automation and systematic direction with the car s transmission system, the we t clutch automatic transmission as a key component of its in-depth study . The clutch is very important part of vehicles. The article mainly focuses o n the function and the development of clutch. The major task of this dissertati on is designing a wet clutch which is used to the transmission systems. Then the article introduced the way of designing the wet clutch and the purpose on building the clutch test-bed.Finally, the article makes the analysis and the subje ctive access for the wet clutch.
